Become an In Home Care Service Provider

As a service provider, you will work with us to deliver In-Home Care to families who need flexible education and care for their children in their own homes.

Your responsibilities will include:
– Recruiting qualified and suitable educators
– Ensuring home environments are safe for children
– Delivering care in line with national standards and family needs
– Submitting attendance records and making child care subsidy claims

We will engage with your service to understand your capacity to deliver In Home Care and may refer families to you based on their needs. Once you are approved, we will include your service on our register and keep our website updated with your details.

The National Community of Practice aims to promote national consistency and support shared learning across the IHC sector.  All IHC Support Agencies in Australia will work together to develop topic content, and each session will follow a predetermined agenda to ensure focused and productive discussions, to ensure a positive and collaborate space. Community of Practice sessions  will be delivered quarterly.

How we can support you

As an In Home Care Support Agency in WA, we support approved service providers by;

– Helping you understand the program requirements and what’s needed to deliver quality care
– Reimbursing their costs to visit families in outer regional, remote or very remote locations
– Making recommendations to the Department on the distribution of places amongst services
– Administering a complaints handling mechanism for service providers, educators and families
– Providing guidance, resources and professional development for educators
